Walter and Eric came at their promised time of arrival and went to work immediately.
They were very prepared with the tools and supplies including the soft rubberized long liners to protect the floor.
Each appliance was wrapped and unwrapped.
Supplies were included in their quote.
My advice to future customers: Let us help the movers make their work easy by providing them a video showing them: 1) The path that they will have to walk through both in the pick-up house and the drop-off house. This will help them estimate their time needed from each house to the truck. 2) Take a video counting the items that you would like to be moved. This will help them decide what size of truck to bring. 3 By doing that, the movers will also be able to estimate the hours that they will be able to finish and give the closest work hour to you.
Let us be honest as customers because these movers are honest workers.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to transport our heavyfurniture safely, both from our last house and into our new one. When we had issues with our HOA, Friendly Movers was responsive and quick to sign forms unlike other companies. Our only complaint is the per hour price is more expensive than competitors

Friendly Movers LLC made my move very easy. I was able to schedule the move within a week of the move out date. They moved my entire studio apartment well within the scheduled time and made it look easy. I definitely recommend them to anyone and would pick them again for the next move.

Friendly Movers did a good job with our move. They arrived on time and were easy to work with throughout the process. They were accommodating with our requests and handled the work efficiently without taking unnecessary extra time.
The move was completed within the estimated timeframe, which we appreciated. They worked steadily, communicated clearly, and took care of the tasks we needed done. Overall, it was a straightforward and reliable moving experience, and I would recommend them to others looking for moving help through Thumbtack.

These guys are absolute lifesavers! Our original movers canceled last minute and this company showed up within 2 hours — on short notice! They tackled a full garage worth of stuff, moved a large storage shelf and two heavy freezers from the patio into the garage, and even helped assemble furniture. Professional, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. If you need movers you can count on, look no further. Highly recommend!
Details: 11-20 items • Other furniture items • Within the same building • Stairs to load items • Stairs to unload items
