Inspector was very thorough and explained the situation and the treatment process. The exterminator finished the job thoroughly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly. Plus, their work comes with a warranty. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Dubious business. Inspector shows up 30 minutes late to our appointment, start the inspection and discuss this his findings directly with me, the homeowner. So far so good however, halfway through the inspection, the inspector walks back to his car, wishes me good luck and drives away. Offers no report, no treatment options, just disappears. Very strange. Highly recommend to stay away from this business. Not sure what they are up to, but certainly not termite control.

Jim was awesome. Saved me over $10K in possible tenting and supposed damage another exterminator quoted me. Jim didn't even charge me the visit. Fantastic company; great customer service. Will be using them in the future for re-inspections.
