FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in industry-standard mold remediation protocols, including IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) guidelines. We regularly complete ongoing training in mold assessment, containment procedures, air quality control, and safe removal techniques. We also stay current with California regulations and safety standards to ensure every job is handled professionally and safely.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started in mold remediation after seeing firsthand how common and overlooked mold issues are in Bay Area homes, especially with our coastal climate. With backgrounds in environmental services and construction, we built our company to focus on safe, thorough, and transparent remediation. Over time, we’ve expanded our expertise through certifications, hands-on experience, and staying up to date with industry best practices.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project we’re especially proud of involved a multi-unit residential property in the Bay Area where hidden mold had spread behind walls due to a long-term plumbing leak. We performed a full inspection, contained the affected areas, removed contaminated materials, and treated the space with antimicrobial solutions. We also worked closely with the property manager to ensure minimal disruption to tenants. The entire project took about 5 days from inspection to final clearance testing, and the result was a safe, fully restored living environment.
