There was a leak in one of my AC units. Juan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, very friendly. He was able to repair the leaking pipe and educated us on how to buy and replace the filters. Despite the miserable heat in the attic, Juan was very calm and remained pleasant. These days, people are quick to complain. I, for one, am grateful and very pleased with Juan's exceptional service. Thank you again!

AC was out, and I was almost about to pass out when I walked in my home. I searched around for someone that would be able to make it out and repair the unit. It is difficult these days to find someone who is open, honest, and does quality work. Called Juan, and from the start, was open to listening to my description, provided information that helped me brace for cost, and in the end, he came down, had a great conversation and he showed me where the problem was, and provided not only quality work, but at a great and reasonable price. I highly recommend anyone to contact him. He's hard working, cares for others and is well knowledgable about the work he does. Before he came to my house, he was on another call, and he treated them like a family, considering his own in how he made his overall assessment. He did the same for me. I think its safe to say, J&I provide quality work at a reasonable price, and don't see you as just money, rather, he sees an opportunity to utilize his knowledge and skills to help others, in order to make an honest living to support his own family.

Juan came over and gave us a bid on Saturday and by the end of Sunday we had a new unit heating our house much more efficiently! Can't thank him enough for accommodating our request on a Sunday! We will definitely be using him for our rentals as well!Very nice person, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, down to earth, very professional and on time for our job which is a biggie with my husband! My house is much warmer than the last older heater put out!Thanks Juan!
