- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always some diagnostics to be done to figure out the exact problem with a computer. Sometimes the real problem isn't what the Client might think the problem is and some time the solution will require a totally different approach. That's why I prefer to do a diagnostic of the problem before saying how much I will charge for a solution when it's impossible to know what the real issue is with out seeing the Computer first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first i need to take many factors into consideration. what is the customers problem and then i can move on to assessing the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 certifications from CompTia that certifies me to work on computers. I also attended 2 semesters in networking at mount san jacinto community college. I have worked in this field for 4 years and have learned many things in the process.
