I hired Corey for a few electrical projects on a new house before we moved in. The list started with a new sub panel, several 220 outlets, installing recessed lights and running electrical wires in the wall for poorly installed ceiling fans from previous tenants. Corey quoted a price for the job and he got started. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of construction including electrical. After digging into the job and finding many things were done incorrectly and very dangerous, it was obvious the job was going to take much longer. He was fine with charging me the original quoted price but I didn’t feel that was a fair deal for him and we agreed on an hourly rate going forward. He worked 10-12 hours a day and kept finding more things wrong and asked if I wanted those things repaired which I was very happy with this approach. I worked side by side with him several days and learned a lot about electrical, building code and things about the new (to me) house. Without Corey’s help, the house wouldn’t have been ready for the move in date. The 2 day job turned into about 6-7 days because of all the issue that were found and others things I needed help with. Thanks Corey, the new place is great!

Very punctual and great at describing the problem and giving the customer a choice for different options on how to do the work or solve your electrical problem. I had an exhaust fan I had purchased but once he open the area in question the fan didn’t work because of the size and he quickly found alternatives that work even better. Thank you
