- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and based on your individual needs. If you're looking for the cheapest photographer you can find, we're probably not what you're looking for. Make sure you hire a professional and not someone who bought a digital camera last week. An experienced professional will intimately know the art of photography and take the time to get to know you and your particular needs prior to the shoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your goals and visions are all that matter to us. Some shoots (headshots, family portraits, etc.) can be arranged by one simple phone call. More complicated shoots (weddings, special events, commercial, architectural, fashion, modeling, etc.) will require a meeting beforehand. In some cases, several meetings. We do this to ensure you get exactly what you're paying for.
