We got our engagement photos taken by Emily and Austin and were extremely pleased with how the shoot went and with how the pictures turned out! They were patient with us, provided great ideas (to two people who may not have been easy to work with!), and gave us beautiful photos in beautiful locations around Chicago.

Emily and Austin were a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, Emily was very responsive to emails to set up a time. We knew that we wanted desert photos, but weren't super familiar with the area, but she was able to suggest an awesome spot for the shoot.
The shoot itself was great. We had both Emily and Austin taking photos, and they were willing to both suggest poses for us, and also work with us on our vision for the photos.
We just got the edited photos back yesterday and we couldn't be happier. They came out looking great, and are easily accessible and downloadable from the website.
I highly recommend working with the Pines!

Our wedding photos turned out beautifully! Emily worked with us and our budget and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. We also received a cd with all our pictures on it to print out which ones we wanted on our own....that was a huge plus in our book! She was a pleasure to work with, listened to what we wanted and also gave us ideas for cute pictures, and we would highly recommend her business!

Emily did a phenomenal job shooting my wedding day, complete with a first-look, ceremony, reception and send-off. She instantly made me feel comfortable, managed to get everything in without being rushed, and even found creative ways to take shots outdoors during light rain. I hope to be able to use Pines Photography again soon!

I could not have had a better experience with Pines Photography! They were kind enough to drop everything and do a last-minute maternity shoot for my husband and I, and I had such a great experience with them. Even though the weather threatened to ruin our plans, they were more than willing to sit in our car with us and wait out the storm. The pictures that resulted were so beautiful! We received our pictures in less than two weeks, even though they were in the middle of moving across the country at the time. If they were still in the area, I would absolutely have hired them again. Highly recommend! Very reasonably priced for some incredible pictures.
