My technician, Jonathan, explained everything he was doing and why. He cleaned up my horrendously dirty motor and told me filters really do need to be changed quarterly. I was so impressed that I did pay for the non contractual monthly service fee. I will have my AC serviced with AQS before the heat of the summer.
