Robin and his management business managed our 16-unit apartment for several years, then we chose him as the realtor to sell the apartments. We live in another state. Robin was personable and professional at the same time. It would take pages to tell you how many good things he did for us, but the bottom line is that Robin and his managmement company is the best!
I was not looking forward to buying new house since our first experience was horrible and we ended up buying a condo that needed a lot more work then we anticipated. When I found out I was pregnant with twins we quickly realized our 2 bedroom condo was not going to work anymore. We interviewed over 7 realtors before we decided on Michelle and the biggest reason we picked her was because she seemed to be methodological in her approach. Most agents wanted to sell our condo for more than Michelle suggested we sell for and when we asked why she wanted to list it so low she explained her process and the market in a way that just sounded perfect. Sure enough our condo sold for more than we thought we would get all because of the way she priced it. I feel like most agents just shoot in the dark and hope they hit something but Michelle has a method to her madness that I really really liked. She deserves 10 stars for her work with us.
Robyn has helped us buy and sell multiple homes in Orange County over the last 9 years, and she's been an absolute wizard for us, walking us through the process and making sure it went smoothly, and negotiating with some very difficult buyers and sellers to make sure that we got the very best deal and the easiest transaction. She even managed to help us prioritize a few inexpensive upgrades to one house that allowed us to list it for considerably more than we expected, and then ended up selling for significantly above the higher asking price as well, and all in the space of just a few days of being listed. I would not hesitate to recommend her very highly to anyone looking to buy or (especially) sell a house - and I would not hesitate to take her advice while doing so to get the maximum bang for your buck.
Jim sold our house, and found us a new one. He is a friendly, happy, and incredibly efficient and affective realtor. There are not enough good adjectives to describe him! Communicative, thorough, and patient are the three that stand out the most for us. It was a blast working with him, and he will be a part of every home purchase or sale we have in the future. He is just a good person, and truly cares about his clients. He has a great work ethic, knows his stuff, and is far above the rest. We can't say enough good things about him.

Nina has an excellent customer service. I never met her, I just spoke with her over the phone a couple of times and we emailed each other several times afterwards, She always respond so promptly and was very helpful and informative to all the questions that we needed to know about buying a house. Unfortunately, we decided not to move in Ontario, so we couldn't do business with her. However, my husband and I were very impressed and wished that all the realtors has an honest and professional courtesy like her.
