I called Blue Steel Plumbing to replace a leaky shower valve that had been a constant annoyance. Jordan showed up on time, checked it out, and explained that the old valve was worn out and messing with the water pressure. He swapped it out for a new valve, and now the shower works perfectly—no more sudden temperature swings or dripping. He took the time to explain everything, and the job was done cleanly. There was a slight delay in getting the part I wanted, but he kept me in the loop. Definitely recommend Blue Steel Plumbing for your shower valve issues!
