What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price never includes finish materials: tiles, grouts, trims, etc.
We are offering discounts for seniors, and also for the neighborhood owners within a 5-mile radius from the business address (348 Sorrento Ct., Hercules).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we make a phone call to get more information about the size of the job, and timeframe of work, ask for photos of the job area and materials, and learn about materials to be installed.
As usual, we are visiting the job site to chat with the owner about design, take measurements, and look at work organize options (we will need some place to cut tiles, store tools and materials safely, etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed tile contractor ( CA License C-54 860030).
I went to the school to learn the trade and pass the state exams for the State License in 2005.
I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
