- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all-inclusive for the time booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask how many people will be at the event and what kind of bar they would like to have. Then we will come up with a custom cocktail or decide on beer/wine and I will help them with a grocery list for everything needed. I will bring a table for they bar, if needed, and my full set of bar tools. I will come early to set up, cut garnishes and make the bar look beautiful. After the event, I can break it all down or leave the product set up for self-serve if the host would like to keep the party going later than expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over nine years experience working in cocktail bars, restaurants and at events. I was trained and obtained most of my experience in NYC, where I was a lead bartender. I have bartended for many events all over the Bay Area in the last year.
