- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing package that I usually provide the customer preferably after the initial inquiry. I like to discuss the packages and, when necessary, customized the packages to the customers preferences. Every couples requirements differ so I like to keep the customization option opened.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my current and potential clients preferably through e-mail, phone, Skype, or in-person. If I feel that the client and business go well together and my services is exactly what they are looking for, I will provide them with further information and work collaboratively on their service packages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the creator of my own business, Hannah Q. Photography, but also hold a part-time position of Director of Photography at the BLND Public Relations and Marketing company located in Hermosa Beach, CA.
