- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum cost associated with installing holiday is $325. I am fair and honest about pricing. When a client states that a price might be too high I ask them to consider the cost of purchasing the tools to do the jobs they request. The more jobs get stacked in a work day with a client the better the pricing overall.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through of the work site with new clients and ask questions to make sure we are on the same page. I also point out things that could be worked on and give any advice I can when asked about other things. I am accessible and approachable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on commercial remodel and retrofit teams for a construction contractor company.
