​Jose is professional, honest, and incredibly reliable. After getting quotes from other contractors who insisted I needed to replace seven window balances for over $500, I got in contact with Jose. His knowledge and integrity saved the day; instead of pushing unnecessary replacements, he simply readjusted the existing balances and only replaced the one that was actually broken. He completed the job for a fraction of the price others quoted. If you need window repairs, Jose is definitely your guy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience putting new screens on my 1976 home with old aluminum slider windows. Felt the price was a deal and extremely satisfied with the end product. Very modern appearance too. Completed project quickly & efficiently. Rate higher than 10!

Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for fast turn around and great quality. What made him stand above his competitors first was he quoted off of measurements not just a window. Then he recommended different mesh for my lifestyle. (He ended up, upselling me to pet mesh. Best choice for me!! My 60lb dog has already jumped on my screens multiple times and they are still in great shape.) His quote for the upsell was still cheaper than his competitors base price. Then on top of that his turn around time was amazing. From initial post to instal was 4 days in total with only two business days. He worked around my schedule and was there when he said he would be there. Super happy to have found him on Thumbtack.
