- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge flat rate, or if it’s not too many hours, I can charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them how there day is going, and I ask them what type of drink are they looking for. Something sweet, strong, or something in the middle. If they are unsure, I try my best to give them recommendations based on there liking.
