We had an amazing experience working with Ross Electric on a full rewire of our home. From the beginning we found Ross to be a wonderful communicator and creative problem solver, talking with us at length and checking in before work began, patiently addressing our annoying asks during the project, and answering any questions we’ve had since the work was completed. In our project we were looking to minimize damage to the original lathe and plaster of our 1920s Tudor. Ross and his team were surgical, “fishing” for wire through small openings made from the attic and crawl space rather than opening huge sections of the walls. This was late summer, hot, difficult work—when Ross was on our job it was probably 130F in the attic. Ross and his team have staggering work ethic—they showed up every morning right on time and finished on schedule, and on budget. We are so grateful to them, and couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to completing the entire job in half the time other contractors quoted us, Ross came up with beautiful, understated solutions for our electrical needs. He even figured out how to rewire an old outlet that was built into the carpentry of the original swing-down ironing board! Can’t say enough in his praise. Ross is a seriously excellent, brilliant electrician and terrific person to work with. We’ll never work with anyone else. Hire him!
