Just too expensive.
Mowed and cleaned up four times $240 I have a small to medium yard agreed to pay 120 a-month, bi- weekly service agreed on a monthly bill the person mowing the lawn demanded payment every other visit. I asked several times for a bill in writing, the owner said this wasn't a problem but I never did see a written bill.
Prepped a 10 square-foot area and threw down some grass seed that I supplied $80, it never did grow
Fixed one sprinkler leak, planted for very inexpensive plants and potted 4 tiny cactuses, I supplied the pots and the soil he was here for approximately 2 1/2 hours, said he would be here in the morning and didn't get here until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, charged $200. Two of the plants were planted in an area without sprinklers so they pretty much dead already. Promise to fix problem areas that were never fixed. I'm all for paying a reasonable price I just don't think their pricing is reasonable.
