- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote a flat rate price by area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a quote. If you accept the job, then you would send me the documents and any other information we need to do the job, along with payment. Once documents are received we will make the first attempt within 72 hours. We will make 5 attempts and then send you or file a proof unsuccessful service.
