Charles was great! I contacted him on a Wednesday night, we went over the details of what I needed and he was able to serve first thing Friday morning. He was prompt and efficient and made it a very easy and seamless process.

I needed a restraining order to be served to a person that just moved out of my house. They didn't have a stable address so they were hard to get a hold of. When I met with Charles he instilled confidence in me that he would get the job done. He showed his process server license and you could tell he knew what he was talking about due to experience. Charles kept in contact with me every day that he visited the suspected address where the person was staying. He sent updates and we texted clues as to their location. Finally on the third day Charles located the person and served them their papers. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend him highly.

CW charged me $15 more than the estimate. The first attempt he made, he forgot to bring the documents. The second time, he got me confused with another client. I had to send him the documents 3 times. On the day he finally completed the service, he was over an hour late. Since I had paid in advance, I didn't want to change servers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a quote.
If you accept the job, then you would send me the documents and any other information we need to do the job, along with payment.
Once documents are received we will make the first attempt within 72 hours.
We will make 5 attempts and then send you or file a proof unsuccessful service.
