What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is tailored to fit any budget while maintaining high standards. I know that it is important to be competitive in price without sacrificing quality. It takes more than just clicking the shutter button to take a great image--education, experience, scouting location, culling images, post processing, and much more. So prices depend a lot on the time, experience, and effort put into each event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask new customers about their expectations and past experiences. I then tailor-make a proposal which will meet and exceed their expectations. Clients email me their needs and we can setup a time to meet or talk in order to finalize timelines and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
