Blake from High Tide Plumbing did an amazing job by re-piping my home. Our old galvanized pipes were just giving us so much trouble and Blake came out and re-plumbed the entire house. This is a very hard project for not only Blake, but us as well. Blake didn’t take any shortcuts and kept us informed all the way through. He also thoroughly cleaned up each night he left. I would highly recommend High Tide Plumbing.

Blake was great! He replaced a garbagedisposal and faucet. He showed up on time, was very thorough, explained everything he did and cleaned up and removed boxes, so everything looked nice. He did a great job! I will be calling him again for plumbing issues!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices as low as I can reasonably support my family off of. You can expect to pay notably less than any company with more than one van on the road.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out as soon as I can, preferably by phone, and set up a time to come out. I always make sure to check the water pressure and heater while I am at the property, and show the homeowner how to shut the water down in case of an emergency if they don’t already know. I like to think of myself as a doctor checking your home’s vitals. We want it to live a full and healthy life!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a medium sized non-commission based plumbing company out of Costa Mesa for five and a half years.
