Coincidentally ended up with two appliances going down. One was scheduled with Tech Cert, the other went down day of appointment. Trevor troubleshot both appliances. Confirming a bad compressor and one refrigerator and a bad main board in the other. Help me to understand bad compressor refrigerator was not worth fixing and that the bad main board refrigerator was an easy repair. Extremely satisfied on my part. I have passed along Trevor ‘s contact info to several neighbors and I will absolutely use Tech Cert again myself in the future.

Trevor responded within 2 minutes on first contact. Made appointment for following day, arrived right on time. Diagnosed our dishwasher problem, and advised on repair cost. We agreed replacing the dishwasher was the prudent direction...but he would repair if we wanted to. 100% satisfied with Trever, and we'll call him to install new dishwasher, as well as any future appliance failures.
