Trever did a great job with installing my dishwasher! He did the plumbing and fixed the cabinet to make sure the new dishwasher would fit in there. While he was doing work, I also asked him to install a hood vent and hinges for my cabinet doors. Trever is responsive and he does really good work and is super trust worthy. I ran some errands and left him at my house by himself. His price is great in comparison to other technicians I contacted. I’d contact him again for future jobs and would recommend him to my friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and use only Factory Authorized Parts for all of our repairs. Our service fee is always waived when our customers authorize the repair work to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather all necessary information from our customer regarding their appliance (Manufacturer, Model Number, and Symptoms or Issues). We then schedule an appointment for a Diagnostic Service. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we give an estimate for repairing the appliance, including parts and labor. If the customer wants to proceed with the repair, our service fee is waived. If the customer chooses to replace the appliance instead of proceeding with the repair, we simply collect our service fee.
