- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are customized to fit your needs ! I have a basic package to an inclusive package where everything is included. It depends on guest count and how many hours you need the services and also the additions you add.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting and working with new people. We can communicate through text, phone call or Email whatever is your preference. First, I start off with getting all the info about your event (location, date, time, guest count). I also ask to see if you need any additions like a portable bar, ice, disposable cups or coolers. After that I send over a contract and ask for 20% deposit to hold your date. We can also add a signature cocktail menu custom for each client depending on your preferences. I send over a list of options and you can choose your favorites. I make a custom menu and it will be printed and framed for the day of your event. After the cocktails have been chosen I provide a cost effective liquor list based on those options and additional mixers. For a full party planning and bartending event I also do consulting and walk throughs before the event where we can sit down and talk details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had the privilege of working in upscale bars and lounges and have attended many events held by world class bartenders around the world to further gain knowledge about the industry. Our staff is TIPS and serve safe certified & have been doing events for years.
