We had such a great experience working with Kimber and Ed over the past few months. We've worked with many contractors in the past and I must say this experience with OC Design & Build was a much smoother and more professional experience.
Communication- This is key with any project and from the get-go, Kimber asked great questions, met us on site for estimates, and was extremely responsive. If there issues that arose (and when your house was built in the 50's things come up) they would reach out as soon as possible and be transparent about solutions.
Value- At the end of the day, you pay for what you get in many of these scenarios. Th cost was well worth the finished product and service level. OC Design & Build is not the cheapest but they were the most accurate about the transparency of cost with no false promises. The quality of work was also top-notch.
Quality of Work- Between Kimber's eye on design and Ed's attention to detail, it is hard to imagine a better duo. They helped come up with creative solutions in our unique spaces and Ed went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. No cutting corners here!
Kimber & Ed feel like family to us now and we plan to work with them again on future projects. We highly recommend OC Design & Build!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with OC Design & Build! We updated the exterior of our house including new paint, porch posts, gate, lighting, and backsplash for our BBQ. From our first consultation through the end of the project OC D&B was extremely fair and dependable. Their quote was competitive for the entire project and the work quality was top rate. They also gave good design advice. I'd gladly work with them for future projects and recommend them to anyone.

I needed to update my kitchen and all my bathrooms. I was so fussy and nobody seemed to be able to understand my preferences. UNTIL I found these two gems!!! Kimber and Ed were able to sit and understand what I wanted. They helped me create the perfect kitchen and their ideas for the bathroom were amazing. Not only are they smart and friendly, but they feel like part of our family now....amazing ideas, quality work, on time and affordable pricing!!! They sent us a set of beautiful towels as a Thank You for using them. Later we used them to do some improvements to our commercial building and we cannot say enough about how fabulous it turned out. Thank you Kimber and Ed.

I had a second-story addition that I hired Kimber and Ed to help me with. To be honest, I expected this project to be a tough on. However, they made it super manageable and fun. I appreciated how strait forward and honest they were. They helped me execute the vision I had and helped me see things with fresh eyes. I had some ideas that they truly brought to life.
The communication throughout the entire project was very clear and did not falter from beginning to end. The quote that I received in the beginning was very reasonable and I was not nickeled and dimed throughout the process.
The crew was excellent and super clean. The craftsmanship was on point. I was super impressed by how quickly they performed without taking any short cuts and their work ethic was impressive.
The finish-work: flooring, tile, painting and interior design was absolutely beautiful. They not only met my expectations, they blew my mind. It was like being on one of those make-over shows.
I highly recommend Kimber and Ed and plan to use them again for future projects.

Kimber and Ed were great to work with. We fired our first contractor due to incompetence, and having OC Design and Build takeover was a breath of fresh air. They brought us to our final inspection and we passed with ease. They are reliable and communicate well. Definitely recommend!
