Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Recently moved to The Pasadena area, so I currently am my only employee and self perform most trades. I have been doing residential construction for the last seven years performing remodels and ground up ADU builds. I am very honest and give fair pricing. I am not a design build company so I would prefer for customers to have a good idea of what design they would like although I can help with certain things and enjoy the design process. I am a licensed and insured general contractor and try to follow all the rules including pulling building permits for major structural, plumbing, electrical and bathroom waterproofing work.
