Paul is a good English language teacher. He teaches me very patiently and clearly to improve my skills. He knows very well how to attract the students and what they need to do. I'm very interested in learning not only English skills but also general knowledge from him. I’d really recommend that he is an experienced teacher.

Paul is an excellent teacher. He connects with his students to generate confidence, accuracy, and fluency in the English language. I like his platform and the methodology definitely the best way to improve my skills in speaking, reading, listening, and writing. He offers a whole package. I'm so happy because I haven't yet finished my classes and other people are seeing my progress in English. I recommended Paul Robinson "Acquire-English, Business English" in 100%

I’d recommend to anyone who wants to improve their English skills to take class with Paul. He will start off by knowing your English level through a test. I like the fact that he provides an online platform where you won’t need to worry about getting materials to learn English.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price shown is for an individual class, however, there are discounts when you pay for enrollment (30, or 60 hours) in advance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I conduct a Placement Test and/or Needs Analysis to help determine your current level of English fluency and understand your wants and needs. We have to know both where you are and where you want to be to create a lesson plan to reach your goals. This is at no charge.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

While in my third year of university, I was called up to military service. Because I was preparing for a career in education, I was trained to design curriculum and teach. One of my strongest assets is an understanding of the adult learner. While I was within three semesters of completing my degree, I spent the next nearly 12 years attending classes on nights and weekends, while raising a family and working full-time. At age thirty, I found myself working in South America. Prior to this, I spoke no Spanish. I have an understanding of and empathy for those who are trying to acquire a foreign language, as an adult. I know what it is like to have the thoughts and ideas of a 30-year old, but the speaking ability of a 3-year old! After leaving the US Air Force, I spent six years contracting the NASA (American space agency) and three years as a civilian contractor to the US Navy. All of these positions included a significant amount of curriculum design and teaching.
