I needed help updating the exterior design of my home. Partner Construction provided great options while working closely with me to manage my budget. I had the stucco smoothed out, and the house painted. Stuccoed a cinder block fence. I added new rain gutters, and paved my front porch. Each team that came to my home were professional and kind-hearted people.
Each project was done timely. Once they started the work they were here each day until completed.
It is not always easy to trust a company that is doing work on your home when you have no point of reference. Partner Construction made it easy to trust them. They were true to their word throughout the process. They never asked that I pay more than the quote they provided. I will use them again and again.

Dealing with Partner Construction (Michael) was very easy, instructions were followed and extras such as minor repairs were completed. The project was completed in the time lines agreed and the company did an excellent job and the property was clean and tidy upon completion. I would not hesitate to use Partner Construction again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality painting.
We couldn’t be happier with the job they did our house. It was refreshing to work with a company that did everything – and then some – that they said they would. Their work shows that they know what they’re doing.

Ilia, thank you! New flooring all around the house (three-story building), a new staircase to the basement, and new external doors (main and back entrance) were done in no time and for a very fair price! My house was painted by Partner Construction. They did an excellent job. They repaired all of the damage to my woodwork. On my fascia board and window trim, they replaced a lot of wood. Because there were so many colors to pick from, I delegated it to my wife:).
Every day, the crew arrived on time at the job site. They worked so hard that it had been a long since I had seen such hard-working men. And, most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves every day.
I was in contact with the production manager in charge. Ilya is his name. I texted him whenever I had a question, and he always responded quickly with answers and suggestions, or phoned me back if I inquired about it.
I'm quite pleased with the work. I'd hire these folks for any future projects like gutters and windows installation.

I want to say huge thank you fort the team of Partner Construction. They made the process of roof replacement as painless as possible and even made the Insurance process fluid. Project manager Michael is always ready to address any questions and concerns about the process. He’s very knowledgeable & patient as he has a heart of a teacher when outlining the details. He and his team are very professional & very detail oriented throughout the roof replacement, gutters, chimney, AC unit repair, window replacement etc & especially painting.
Thank you again. I will definitely use them again for other services.
