- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to have a phone conversation with my clients to discuss their needs. Meeting in person is an option but I can easily review options with my customers over the phone. We'll discuss the locations and details and number of shots needed, etc. I have some standard package prices which are as follows:
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always show up to shooting locations early to make sure everything is ready for my customers. If you're not quite sure what you'd like yet, I have great locations to suggest for a variety of different needs whether it's for a special occasion or just a new family photo! I like to make sure that my customers are comfortable and happy with their shoot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my first camera as a birthday present from my uncle in 2008. I started taking photos for my friends and their family. Quickly I realized that it was my hobby and passion in life. Not only that, but people loved my work, complimented it and told me I had talent! Today, I still love it just as much as the first day I started. The passion and joy I have when I capture beautiful pictures of people and their loved ones gives me an indescribable joy. Now that I am a mother, my daughter is my biggest inspiration and I hope one day she can follow her dreams and passion too. If you have children, you understand how your children are your sun, moon and stars. They are your whole world!
