FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive. We do not charge more to do inspections, serve notices, handle insurance claims. We also only get paid when you get paid. So if no rent comes in, we do not make a penny.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To simplify it, we meet at the home with the owner to discuss preparing it for move in and rental rates. We coordinate with vendors and list the home for rent. We handle showings and process applications. We then present those applications to the owners for approval and collect first month's rent to secure the tenants. We prepare an updated lease and disclosures as well as move in inspection with pictures for the tenant to sign off on. Then we manage repairs, collect rent and provide statements to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors degree in Business Marketing from Concordia University. After which, I obtained my real estate license then later on my broker's license. I complete annual continuing education and go beyond that with specific property management and ethics classes.
