What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Waterboy Whole House Filtered & Conditioned Water System and
the LifeSource Unlimited Protection Package are the two top Water System Companies in California. The difference between our Water System and The LifeSource Water System are two things, 1. The LifeSource System has two Tanks and our System has one Tank. 2. The
Price of the LifeSource System is 20% to 25% more expensive, and this
is comparing Apples to Apples. So I do recommend that you look at our Company as well as LifeSource Company.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is the process I go through with the Customer when I set up a Presite at there House:
1. When I arrive at your House the first thing I will do is a Presite, I will do a
Water Pressure Test at the Main Water Line to see what your Pressure is and to see if you need a PRV. Presure Regulator Valve.
2. Confirm were the The Whole House Water System will be Installed
and confirm how much Copper & PVC we need, if any.
3. Do a Water Test and then break down the 5 Stage process for the Tank.
