This review is way overdue !! I contacted them close to midnight because a faucet in my backyard was damaged during a party and it kept spewing water out non-stop. He was really responsive and concerned when I was freaking out. And instead of overcharging me and overestimating the job- he walked me through finding where I could turn the main water off and he was there early in the morning to help me fix the faucet and repair some pipes at a very good price. Alex did a great job installing a tankless water heater, as well as prepping our laundry room for side by side units (replacing a stackable washer/dryer as well as an old heater). Alex is an exceptional plumber. What is most important about him besides his excellent work quality is his candor and honesty. He had a difficult issue with an outdated plumbing system in my home. In fact, some of the parts were no longer available. He charged a fraction of what any other plumber would charge and fix the problem. It will now be probably a few years before I have to replace the whole system thanks to Alex. He is trustworthy, polite professional punctual & very strong moral character.
