I recently hired JC Demolition to dig out a 40ft trench in my patio and I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. Jorge & crew were highly skilled and professional, taking the time to explain the process and ensuring I was comfortable with each step. They kept the worksite clean and organized, which showed their attention to detail and commitment to quality. As for pricing, I found their rates to be very competitive and transparent. They provided a clear and detailed estimate upfront with no hidden fees, which made budgeting much easier. I ended up paying more only because I asked him to cut through concrete that was not part of my original quote. They were more than willing to do the extra work and the additional amount was very affordable. I highly recommend JC Demolition to anyone in need of concrete excavation services. Jorge came with a worker and after a quick discussion of the project he was ready to work. However, it was early and asked if he could wait a little out of respect of the neighbors. Very thoughtful and aware of the area. As soon as he and his coworker started to work it was all business. Did an excellent job and cleaned up the entire area. I highly recommend and definitely will use again if I need similar service. Also, I will recommend to family and friends if demolition or cleanup is needed.
