- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all pricing is subject to change depending on the nature of the job, condition and material cost. But overall all pricing is competitive but fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first obtain basic information and the desired outcome of the job, perform an visual orientation of the project and the technician then would relay back to the client information seen, then a rough estimate would be created. If both parties agree upon the agreement then the work would be scheduled to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school graduate, Electrical Technology degree from Wyotech in Long Beach. And I'm currently enrolled at LATradeTech.,
