- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start our three course meals at $80+ per person depending on menu and amount of courses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to create a menu "with" the client and with the clients vision in mind. We take care of everything from the table setting to cleaning and sanitizing your kitchen afterwards. With Tableside we want our customers to feel completely stress free and able to enjoy the event that they are hosting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to culinary school in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have worked in San Diego for over 10 years in the restaurant industry. After working in such high volume restaurants for so long I felt I started to lose that connection to the customer which made we want to start Tableside. I have a passion for serving people great food and creating that restaurant feel to the comfort of your own home.
