Bathroom Remodel
NGR gave me a very detailed quote, including in detail what was NOT included in the cost. They showed up on time, did the work in a very professional manner. The finished product was better than we had even hoped for, they did small extras without expecting to be paid. They saw a problem and they solved it, we could not be happier.
We certainly recommend them.

The finished product turned out great. The only downside was that Nestor originally underestimated the amount of time it would take to complete. It went quite a bit longer. However, he made no excuses. Throughout the project he was honest and straight-forward with us. His level of customer service and concern for our satisfaction was unsurpassed and more than made up for the extra time. I've worked with many contractors on various projects over the years. This is the first time that I still have positive feelings about one after everything's done. I'd hire him again in a minute!

I would certainly use NRG again. The work was done to a high quality and if there were any issues, they were dealt with on a timely basis. Hector made himself available when needed and was a pleasure to deal with.
