Mason was responsive to the questions and concerns I had about a smell in a restroom in the middle of my home with no window. He used his gadgets to visually test the walls and fortunately did not find anything. He made a few recommendations to the upkeep of the exhaust, vents and walls. All these free of charge as he did not find any mold. I appreciate his time as his inspection has given me peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve always told my clients that the bill can always change unfortunately only because we don’t know how much mold there is until we remove the affected material (drywall, cabinet, etc).
Full transparency about this is my priority as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I want to see the issue in person to get a better scope of the work. I will be asking questions about the past issues, present, & more.
Once that’s done, I will get a bid together, & explain the process whether it’s in person or in the bid itself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by MICRO which has IICRC standards. Also certified in IICRC.
