FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bartending service is $60 per hour, per bartender. A standard $60 setup and equipment fee is added unless the event requires a different approved setup. Staffing is recommended based on guest count, menu, venue, and service pace, but we are flexible when a client wants one bartender to keep costs lower. Alcohol is normally purchased by the client or venue. Mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, portable bar rental, custom menus, travel, parking, taxes, and other selected add-ons are itemized separately. We can also provide a practical alcohol and supply shopping list, and retail prices are rechecked before purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation about your date, location, guest count, service hours, event type, venue rules, and the atmosphere you want. Then we recommend staffing, help shape the cocktail and zero-proof menu, clarify what you will provide, and send a clear customized quote. Once approved, we coordinate the final details, arrive prepared for setup, serve your guests professionally, and handle the bar through last call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service is backed by more than five years of hands-on bartending experience, including drink preparation, guest service, bar setup and breakdown, menu planning, responsible service practices, and event coordination. We continue refining our techniques and planning systems so each event is organized, polished, and welcoming.
