Introductory pricing or discounts may be considered to earn your business, while any additional services or specialized requests will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“Our process starts with understanding the customer’s needs, expectations, and the specific details of the property. We ask key questions about square footage, layout, number of rooms and restrooms, and whether the service is one-time or ongoing. From there, we assess the scope of work and recommend the most effective and efficient approach based on industry standards and what is feasible for the space. We provide a clear quote, confirm the service plan, and schedule the job at a convenient time. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to ensure the customer’s expectations are met while delivering quality results.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“Our background comes from hands-on experience in service-based businesses, with over 25 years of practical experience providing services directly to the public. That experience began with building and operating a car wash and detailing business, which developed a strong foundation in customer service, quality control, and attention to detail. We later expanded into commercial cleaning through Flow USA Inc., applying the same standards of professionalism and reliability. While our training is rooted in real-world experience rather than formal certifications, we stay current with industry standards and best practices to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality results and maintain long-term client relationships.”
