Mike Karam says, "This is the second time in 5 days that I called Keneth to replace the thermostats and do a maintenance on my heaters. We made the appointment for 8 oclock Saturday morning and he showed up on time clean, respectful, organized, knowledgeable and polite. He replaced two thermostats and maintained and serviced the three heating units within two hours. The price that he charged was $400 less than the regular HVAC company that I used in the past years. I will use his services to maintain my AC units at work and at my homes. I did not want a smart thermostat I wanted the least complicated one and he even had a cover to replace the old thermostats location in order not to show that a smaller thermostat was replaced."See more
