- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are customized based on the clients needs and scope of work. We aim to provide the most competitive prices while making sure our team is paid a fair and liveable wage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send over a quote via email with next steps which includes our deposit information. We ask that you review your quote, approve or request changes, and pay the required 50% deposit. Once deposit is paid, we'll send over an email confirmation with the date and time of your cleaning. For all first time clients, we require someone to meet with our team on the day of your cleaning to do an INITIAL walkthrough and a FINAL walkthrough to ensure the quality of service.
