Show up on time, or at least not 3 hours late. Make sure to perform all tasks you list that you will do. A few light fixtures weren’t cleaned including my chandelier, dust left all over the carpet, and walls washed (which I appreciate) but to the point of paint being removed. I also asked that the wood floors not be wet and they were steamed. The garage was never touched. I had to do a lot of cleaning afterwards myself.
