My WFH office was so blah, uninspiring and I couldn't wrap my head around what to do with it. I reached out to a few designers had phone calls and in person consults and then came Blair.
After our initial phone call Blair came out to meet me and see the project. We looked at the room and sat down to talk about what my style was and what I wanted. Blair listened to my wants and heard my pain points of the room. The other designers I spoke to I told I would get back to them but, I knew right away Blair was the person for the job. We agreed on a budget and I said let's do it! TBH I was a little nervous as I was trusting someone I didn't know to just take control (I'm a control freak) and design my office.
Blair created a vision board and it was spot on to what I imagined. I had options on some things to give him a better idea of my style and likes, from there he went to work.
I was really good and wanted this to be a total surprise so I did not look in the room while he was making his magic.
Blair was timely, communicative, tidy and trustworthy.
I really liked Blair and his husband as people and wanted him do redesign my bedroom next, but what if I didn't like what he did to my office - I had to wait to share that piece just in case.
On the last day and the big reveal Blair came out to add some last minute touches. I think he was as nervous as me.
He lead me to my office and OH MY GAWD!!!!! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! He did such an amazing job, he was so creative and incorporated so many personal touches. He went above and beyond to find the perfect pieces of furniture and tied everything together like a masterpiece. We went back and forth on a barn door and he was able to find one that fit the space and even made a small cat door for my four legged friend. You know when you see an exquisite work of art and you just keep looking at it smiling and noticing all the detail and fall more and more in love with it, that's what Blair created for me.
Now on Zoom calls for work everyone always comments that it looks like I have a background filter or it's come out of a magazine, it's gorgeous. My office is my favorite room, I'm now inspired and motivated.
Blair has s gift and is amazingly talented. I'm so grateful I decided to have him bring his flair into my life. I could go on and on - but, you can't get back those five minute of your life that it took to read this so, BOOK HIM NOW!
And yes, he is doing my bedroom next ;-)

Flair by Blair made my dream nursery come to life! For my first baby, I really wanted her room to be special. I gave a few ideas and Blair completely understood my vision. The follow up throughout was on point and my budget was considered. It came out soo beautiful even down to the smallest details in the paint on the wall and even in the closest. It’s one of my favorite rooms in the house. So glad I went with Flair by Blair.

Having Flair by Blair decorate my apartment was the best decision I made! I moved into my first apartment and I had no idea how to decorate my space. After speaking with Blair I told him I wanted a boho chic look for my living room and dining room. That was all I had to say! Blair listened to my vision and made it reality. He made sure the colors were perfect, he incorporated everything I wanted him to and he made sure that every single detail that was added went with my theme. The best part is he stayed exactly within our budget! Until this day everytime I get company people are awestruck at my place. 10/10 go with Flair by Blair you won’t regret it!

Flair by Blair was amazing to work with! He used the ideas that I had for my living room, gave it life AND elevated those ideas. Was very creative and knowledgeable about creating spaces. Was so impressed with the work that I had him work on my bathroom space as well, which I am still getting compliments on to this day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your budget and the amount of labor that your space requirement. You can estimate your fee to be about 20-30% of your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a consultation to see if it's a fit for us to work together, we talk about expectations and budget. Then we get down to the preliminary concept development, with your likes and dislikes, etc. A mock up will then be provided along with a purchase order for billing. You pay for everything but the service fees upfront. Once project is complete I get paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from my experience after completing 18 various rooms. I have diploma for my studies in Engineering which makes me well versed in floor planning and blueprint. As well as a huge art background.
