Trustworthy, on time, responsive, and friendly! I was using a guy for about a year and eventually he fizzled out. I’m so glad I found Juan, he’s a true smart yard guy who has all of the right equipment and knows what he’s doing. Fast as well. What he quoted was extremely fair, it’s labor, travel time, gas, and mileage, his price was right on the spot. He and his worker did such a great job. I’ve hired them to come out mentally. This is the guy to call.
