The communication between Alex was excellent. He was able to give an estimate that was fair and the work started immediately. With how big the project was, he will be coming to maintain and continue to clean up the yard. Thanks

Details: One time only • Residential • 5,000 - 10,000 sq ft (0.11-0.23 acres) • Mowing, trimming, and edging • Leaf clean-up • Weeding and prevention • Seeding or overseeding • Tall grass (6 to 12 inches) • Yes, I must be present

Trustworthy, on time, responsive, and friendly! I was using a guy for about a year and eventually he fizzled out. I’m so glad I found Juan, he’s a true smart yard guy who has all of the right equipment and knows what he’s doing. Fast as well. What he quoted was extremely fair, it’s labor, travel time, gas, and mileage, his price was right on the spot. He and his worker did such a great job. I’ve hired them to come out mentally. This is the guy to call.

Details: Once a month • Residential • Less than 1,000 sq ft (<0.02 acres) • Leaf clean-up • Weeding and prevention • Standard grass (under 6 inches) • Yes, I must be present
