Unprofessional. Unreliable. Disrespectful. Waste of my time. Said he was coming over to evaluate the property. Showed up an hour late. I was clear with my budget and what I was looking to spend. He specifically said that that my budget is consistent with what they would have quoted. He said he needed to check over a few things and would get back to me. Told him I was looking to start the following week. Never heard from him EVER AGAIN. I texted multiple times, and he totally ghosted me, no response. Finally, after I called and he didn't pick up, he texted back saying he's not interested. These guys need a refresher in customer service and common human courtesy. What a waste of my time.
