- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the complexity of the security field it is rather difficult to provide a standard pricing scale. The variables at play mean that we have a wide variety of price points available. Instead we try to make sure that each job is fairly priced and within the means of every client we can possibly work with. In short we are competitively priced and ready to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with a client we first ensure that we establish reliable lines of communication. After that we move towards understanding the specifics of the our clients needs and how we can alleviate them. From that point the process can go a number of ways. Depending on the exact needs at hand the job may simply start at fee the perfunctory set up phase, or further details and involvement might be next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First Aid, CPR Certified, Health and Safety, PPO proprietary course, private security training, 10 years of experience for a variety of clients, 4 years of MMA Training, Brazilian Jujitsu, CQC Training, Close Quarter Tactics, Shoot Safe classes. Several of our guards also have other similar skills and experience.
