Alex did an excellent job in repairing my Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer! They were older models and at first, I didn’t know if my washer was worth fixing. Alex quickly and efficiently figured out the problem, ordered the parts needed, and came back within a very reasonable amount of time, and had it working like new! My dryer was another situation. I didn’t even call Alex for that, but he noticed that the the exterior part of the dryer door was missing and cracked. Even though I was still able to use it, he offered to look for a replacement door, which I have been wanting for a long time. Sure enough, he found one, brought it on the same day as when he was going to fix the washer, and both were done within an hour! Amazing professionalism, quality, and great work! I would recommend Alex and his team/company to anyone that needs this kind of service!
