My experience with Tommy / Alpha & Omega was nothing short of amazing! Our fridge "died out" over night, and after a sub part repair attempt from another contractor who adviced us to buy a new unit, Tommy reached out and offered to take a look at no cost. He was able to diagnose the problem in less than 30 seconds, and ended up fixing our appliance the next day at a VERY competitive cost. Long story short, we finally found the company we'll be using from now on for every single one of our appliances! Tysm

The worst part is these guys always busy. They are so knowledgeable and good and trusted. I had almost 2 years of experience with Tommy. He is always on time. Giving me the me legit estimate and he does all the best his job. it works after him. Also he is educated me how to care about refrigerator and dishwasher. And my fav part is Tommy is leaving after him my kitchen clean and sparking. Thank you so much.
