My experience with Tommy / Alpha & Omega was nothing short of amazing! Our fridge "died out" over night, and after a sub part repair attempt from another contractor who adviced us to buy a new unit, Tommy reached out and offered to take a look at no cost. He was able to diagnose the problem in less than 30 seconds, and ended up fixing our appliance the next day at a VERY competitive cost. Long story short, we finally found the company we'll be using from now on for every single one of our appliances! Tysm

I appreciate the effort and follow through from the owner of this company. My appliance is older and the first technician was unable to identify the problem. The owner came out with other technicians, identified the problem, went and purchased the parts and came back to personally fix my dryer. I am so grateful for the excellent service, quality repair, cleanliness and determination to resolve the problem. Their customer service and prices were outstanding! Tommy was incredible! I have never had a more positive experience with an appliance repair company. The price was great! The time and attention that was given was beyond my expectations.
