Dmitry and Oxana are wonderful. Oxana coordinated the work scheduling with alacrity and responsiveness -- great communication skills. Dmitry came out and diagnosed the problem with my oven immediately. Once the parts came in, Dmitry came out right away, on schedule, and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I am very impressed with Appliance Rescue Rangers and will use them again if something else goes wrong.

Appliance Rescue Rangers was there when I needed them and I can’t thank them enough. My dishwasher wasn’t closing or latching correctly, and therefore wouldn’t start to wash a load. It started Thursday night, I tried to fix it/mess with it Friday, scheduled appt via Thumbtack Friday night, and they were here Saturday morning by 10 am and my dishwasher was fixed. No better service than that. Appliance Rescue Rangers is the way to go, don’t look anywhere else!

Dimitri was excellent, friendly & professional. Took care of our dishwasher issue promptly. Hopefully, we won't need to repair our appliances for a while, but if we do, we'll call Appliance Rescue again.
